 Developing Leaders




This represents the heart of CLD and the primary purpose for which we exist.

 "Intentional" leadership development of men and women is often a weak or neglected area of an organization. At CLD our mission is to "come along side" and establish “mentoring” relationships with key leaders of the organizations with whom we serve.

Our approach focuses on the key leaders of a church or organization in order to help them to develop "mentoring" relationships. It is through such relationships that leaders are developed and multiplied.

The result - It is no longer necessary for one "trainer" to be the only one doing the training.

The "principle" of multiplication is quickly seen by growth within the organization. Both numerical growth as well as spirtual growth.

When leaders are developed by other leaders from within, the core values of the organization are passed from one generation to the next and a greater sense of community and continuity are maintained.
