At Center for Leadership Development we approach the development of leaders in a very intentional manner.

Bearing in mind that leadership development can be approached in a variety of ways, we seek to utilize the following strategy:

    l Developing Reproducing Leaders (DRL)

 l Community Service Projects (CUSP)

 l Short Term Missions (STM)

Our goal is to serve an organization by providing a thorough assesment of the internal health followed by specific recomendations and "hands on" training.
